Poiray is quintessentially Parisian chic in design. What began in 1972 as a passion project by Michel Ermelin and François Hérail to bring daring and feminine jewelry to the youth, quickly developed into a full blown Maison du Poiray.
Named for the couturier Paul Poiret, Poiray embraces originality with their audacious shapes and curved lines. Their sweet and innocent interlaced heart design, called the 'coeur fil', truly took the rebellious and riotous 1990's by storm. Regardless of generation, Poiray is loved by all for their elegant and timeless chic designs, often featuring fun filigree and other heart motifs.
As of 2005, Maison du Poiray has been owned by Alain Duménil. Their flagship store remains open on Rue de la Paix in Paris. The newest venture for Poiray is a 2015 company wide campaign to return jewelry once again to the youth, through new concepts and designs.BACK TO SHOP
