General Shipping Guideline
Gleem ships via Fedex, with tracking and insurance from BRINKS, from warehouses in NYC to street addresses in the U.S, and to many international destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and most U.S. Territories. Gleem’s business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped with insurance through BRINKS. Costs of insurance are paid by Gleem.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Orders.
Gleem packages are secured directly by BRINKS. Signature is required on all deliveries.
RECEIVING & SIGNING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Due to the level of tracking and insurance on all shipments from Gleem & Co., someone must be physically present to sign for the FedEx delivery; shipments may not be left at the customer’s door, even if the customer leaves a signed note.
If you are unsure whether someone will be available to receive your purchase at home, we strongly advise that you have it shipped to a business address, or alternate address where someone will be present to sign for it during regular business hours. Someone other than the customer may sign for receipt.
If FedEx is unable to obtain a signature after three successive delivery attempts, your package may be returned to us as undeliverable, and any further delivery attempt may be at your expense. Alternatively, after earlier failed delivery attempts, our Customer Care team may try to contact you to see if you would prefer to pick the item up from a nearby FedEx location, or have it held for a few days until you will be available. If you are neither able to receive the package, nor pick it up from FedEx, the item will be returned to us and your purchase will be refunded, minus a 15% re-stocking fee (up to a $250 maximum) to cover the cost of shipping and insurance.
Gleem is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York State.
Gleem pays for return shipping fees.
We accept consignments only from within the United States and Canada.
RETURNS ON FINE JEWELRY & WATCHES
To return jewelry or watches you must request the return, either via the website or with our Customer Care team, within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipment date. To request return, go to Order History in My Gleem, and simply click "Request Return" on the right side of the page.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
Please note that all Gleem merchandise ships with a label attached to the piece. This label must still be intact for anything being returned.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
