French Art Deco 18K White Gold & Pink Faceted Glass Drop Earrings
Exude the elegance of Betty Draper with these sterling silver (purity: 925) and 18K white gold earrings from the 1940's. Set with clear paste, these 2" inch long earrings feature two large rectangle emerald-cut synthetic pink sapphire gemstones. Paste is a heavy, highly transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of multiple gemstones, depending on the coloring added. Add a brilliant sparkle to any evening gown with these ornate dangling French Art Deco earrings.
The French-made earrings are in very good condition with minor scratching on the metal. They maintain "STER 925" markings on the pierced threaded post earring backs. Please note that the sterling silver nuts (backings) appear to be replacements.
